Cockscomb Mint leaves are thin and delicate with the taste of a lemony combination of mint and Thai basil. It is used in summer rolls, salads, fish and chicken dishes as well as garnishes in noodle soup such as Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup with Beef).
