Return Process

    Ensure items are returned within 14 days of receipt. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen items, and opened food products cannot be returned unless faulty.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the non-perishable items in their original packaging. Include a copy of your delivery note or a paper with your order ID inside the parcel.

    Receive Your Refund
