Lemon Grass (sa cay), also known as citronella grass, is a herb commonly used in Vietnamese and Thai cooking. It is found in dishes such as soup, meat and seafood dishes, and can be used to add more flavour to said dishes. As well as being used in Thai and Vietnamese recipes, lemon grass can also be used to make herbal tea, which can help soothe the stomach.
