Whole Round Scad (Galonggong - Ca Nuc Thuon) is a high quality fresh food product and is now available for delivery (with standardized food safety procedures). The raw fish is farm-raised, and each one is carefully selected for the best quality possible. The products are frozen and vacuumed to preserve freshness, and so they get delivered in pristine condition. All products are stored in 24 hour temperature-regulated cold stores.
