Ingredients List: Surimi (Fish Meat, Sugar, Egg White Powder, Stabilizer (E4511)), Water, Potato Starch, Sugar, Salt, Isolated Soybean Protein, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Modified Starch (E1412), Seasoning (E621, E631, E363).

Instructions for Use: Place Frozen Korean Fish Cake into boiling water/soup for 8-10 mins or floating on top of pot. Heat oil 175°C add Frozen Korean Fish Cake and cook for 4-5mins until golden brown. Microwave (900W) Place Frozen Korean Fish Cake in a bowl of water and heat for 2 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve. Skewer Frozen Korean Fish Cake and marinade source and BBQ until cooked thoroughly. The product is raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
