How to make the quick broth using crab soup base?
- Put Pork Ribs in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring to boil, discard dirty water then simmer at medium flame for 1 hour
- After about 1 hour, add content of soup base. Then add garlic, shallot tomato and tofu. Continue simmer at medium flame until meats are softened
- Adjust water to taste.
