Instructions for Use: Defrost and remove all packaging. Cook thoroughly in preheated oven at 220oC or Gas Mark 8. Cook for 35 mins. For crispier taste, deep fry until golden brown. Shred the duck and serve. Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
